SVC Method for Textile Weave Recognizing
نویسندگان
چکیده
Support vector classification (SVC) method is proposed to dive the wrap and weft point, for recognizing the textile weave. As the densities of wrap and weft are known, this image of the textile can be divided in to rectangle of wrap and weft point. The wrap points’ histograms of R, G and B channel are different from the weft points’. So the SVC can trains the swatch by their eigenvectors which are the histograms of R, G, B channel in the rectangle selected by man, then predicts the square to display the weave of the textile. The experiences show that this method is good at to recognize the weaves from the image of the textiles which made by twist yarn or have much soft nap.

CAD/CAM Algorithms for 3D Woven Multilayer Textile Structures
This paper proposes new algorithms for the computeraided design and manufacture (CAD/CAM) of 3D woven multi-layer textile structures. Existing commercial CAD/CAM systems are often restricted to the design and manufacture of 2D weaves. Those CAD/CAM systems that do support the design and manufacture of 3D multi-layer weaves are often limited to manual editing of design paper grids on the compute...
متن کاملEntropy-Based Fabric Weave Pattern Indexing and Classification
In textile design, fabric weave pattern indexing and searching require extensive manual operations. There has been little or no research on index and efficient search algorithms for fabric weave patterns. In this regard, we propose a method to index and search fabric weave patterns. The paper uses pattern clusters, boundary description code, neighbor transitions, Entropy and Fast Fourier Transf...
متن کاملColor and Weave Relationship in Woven Fabrics
In woven designs from colored threads, a colored pattern is a consequence of two possible arrangements where warp is over the weft or vice versa. Thus the primary elements of woven fabric design are combination of weaves and blending of colors using such weaves. Weave is the scheme or plan of interlacing the warp and weft yarns that produce the integrated fabric. Weave relates specially to the ...
متن کاملReal-time Visualization of Woven Textiles
This paper presents a technique for visualizing woven textiles in real time, while optimizing the realistic appearance. The proposed approach supports rendering of complex weave patterns by adopting Weaving Information File (WIF), a standard from textile Computer Aided Design (CAD) for representing the grammar of weaving. We develop a realistic rendering scheme by combining the grammar represen...
متن کاملStochastic Geometric Properties Of Woven Textiles
This paper addresses geometric variability of woven textiles used in composites manufacturing. Variability in tow directions and unit cell size is quantified by applying an image analysis procedure to two representative materials; a pre-impregnated carbon/epoxy satin weave textile and a commingled glass/polypropylene fabric, and the spatial autocorrelation of stochastic variables is characteriz...
